"I was in Brevard with three active and independent teenagers and this place was perfect. They were able to walk to a trail from the house (Bracken mtn) less than .5 mile away and to walk into town, which is a really nice walk (about a mile) through a neighborhood with sidewalks the majority of the way. The house was mostly a home base since we spent our days hiking and exploring, but it was in a great location and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a quiet and serene setting."

Peter was very generous in amenities. Tons of dishes and cutlery. Great laundry facilities. One of the main reasons we vacation in Brevard is the Music Centre and the concerts we get to enjoy. The trade off in distance to downtown was a much quieter setting with less cars passing by the home all the time."

"This was a wonderful place to stay with my friends! Brevard is so beautiful and this was less than a mile from downtown Brevard. We were also less than 30 minutes from all of Pisgah National Forest and hiking trails are very close. The home itself was very cozy, clean, looked like the photos and was all around a great find! "Great location! My dog & I liked having a back deck to sit on & a big back yard to play ball in. Within 1.1 miles was Nobelbrau Brewery with great live music & a couple blocks away was a great restaurant called Wild Morel. Downtown was also only 1.2 miles away with cute shops & restaurants. Looking Glass Falls is 10 miles away & then Sliding Rock is 3 min from there. 7 miles from Looking Glass was Cedar Rock Creek Falls, which was great & then 9.7 miles in a different direction from the house is Twin Falls. Toby & I enjoyed our stay very much. I did reach out once to the hosts & they got back to me in 10 min. Great communication."

"Great time with great friends at a great location! We picked this home due to the location and its proximity to hiking and outdoor events that we were looking forward to doing on our vacation with friends. There were four of us (2 couples) and we were extremely comfortable. We had enough space and enough privacy within the home. We had a restful nights sleep every night after our long days of hiking. We were there for the 4th of July. We enjoyed the fireworks show at Brevard College and we were very pleased with how quiet the neighborhood was after all the celebrations. The kitchen had everything we needed for our daily meal prep. We also enjoyed all the great restaurants downtown for dinner. The home was very clean/spotless. Communication was great with the hosts. Lastly, we felt extremely safe in this quiet neighborhood and there's also an alarm system which can provide some extra peace of mind. We didn't use it, but it was nice to have the option. We will definitely return!"
